Students taking this course will have a chance to explore all different types of animal habitats through games, read-alouds, and videos. But the best part of this course will be when each student gets to choose an animal and build a model of its habitat! Real materials will be used to create shoebox models of the animal's home and surroundings. Students will leave this course with an understanding of the different types of animal habitats that exist and the animals that inhabit them. This class will be a real habitat for learning all about habitats!!
